• Induction Training

R.A.M Partnership can provide on-site or at base site induction training. The training provided will be tailored specifically to your site conditions and the types of work expected to be carried out there. This induction training can be carried out for all types of employees including Construction operatives, Offices workers, Warehouse workers, Managers etc. Furthermore, the training which we offer is prepared in order to exploit the degree of previous knowledge of your employees and to ensure that they become an integral part in ensuring that the work place continues to be a well-managed and productive environment. Group sizes are variable and we aim to accommodate the needs of all in the sessions.

 

All training materials are provided. 

 

• Specific Job Training
