Fully qualified and competent, R.A.M Partnership is here to offer you the

- R.A.M Partnership are qualified to act as planning
supervisors as described by the Construction (Design and Management)
regulations 1994, enabling us to prepare Construction Health and Safety
plans and Construction Phase Plans. We are full members of the Association of Planning
Supervisors (MaPS)
- Health and Safety Policies
- Policies produced in accordance with section 2(3) of the
Health and Safety at work Act 1974. Due to our in-depth knowledge of the
construction industry we understand the needs of small, medium and large
construction companies and can tailor our services to suit.
- Risk and COSHH Assessments
- Assessments produced in accordance with the relevant
regulation standards i.e. Management of Health and Safety at Work
Regulations 1999 or the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health
Regulations 1999 etc
Generic Assessments
are available for most construction activities.
- Method Statements and Safe Systems of Work
- Method statements/safe Systems of work can be produced in
accordance with HSE guidelines
and at sensible prices.
- Site files produced to enable easy compliance with
regulations on site. Site files contain all forms needed to comply with
current construction regulations, including: Scaffold inspection, Excavation
inspection, Accident book, Visitors book, Plant inspection register, generic
Risk and COSHH assessments for all activities in situ etc
- Site Auditing and Inspections
- We can carry out regular on-site inspections or auditing
services to ensure compliance with regulations and to advise on
improvements.
- Health and Safety Information Line
- We provide an 0800 telephone number to provide easily
accessible, competent,
high standard information and advice by fully qualified staff at sensible
prices, and all at the end of the 'phone (where possible).
- We provide quarterly newsletters to our clients to keep
them upto date in the ever changing world of health and safety, full of helpful
tips, new services, current events and recent prosecutions.

- Scaffold, Excavation Inspections
- R.A.M Partnership are qualified to carry out regular scaffold
and excavation inspections in accordance with the Construction (Health,
Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1996.
